Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and execution of Axon’s product strategy across LATAM and Puerto Rico, covering Digital Evidence Management (DEMs) and Devices portfolios.
• Conduct core product discovery to identify regional user needs and translate them into actionable engineering and product briefs.
• Partner with regional Sales and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities, shape tenders/RFPs, and drive product adoption.
• Work directly with distributed Engineering and Product teams to build localized features and iterations end-to-end.
• Represent regional market realities (infrastructure, regulatory environments, procurement models) within global product planning.
• Bridge the gap between sales promises and technical delivery to ensure precision in multi-country deals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, specifically engaging customers to translate field needs into product outcomes.
• Proven experience managing and building projects end-to-end (E2E).
• Experience working with both software and hardware products.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Ability to work remotely from Puerto Rico with flexibility to travel across LATAM and internationally (~20-35% of the time).

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SaaS, Cloud, or IoT ecosystems.
• Experience operating autonomously in complex, cross-functional, and international environments.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain connected ecosystems.
