Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core C2 workflows to accelerate customer detection and response times.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering, Data Science, UX/Design, and QA teams to ship robust response workflows.
• Partner with Mitigation, Threat Management, and Sensor Fusion teams to ensure a fully integrated product experience.
• Drive customer validation through direct engagement with law enforcement, military, and critical-infrastructure operators.
• Implement AI agents to enhance product team effectiveness and reinvent shipping processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping user-facing software products.
• Proven experience working with AI/ML technologies.
• Working knowledge of counter-UAS (cUAS) technology.
• Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking product metrics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into well-defined technical specifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using agentic AI to accelerate product development.
• Background in defense tech, aviation, or first-responder software.
• Experience with real-time distributed systems.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance.
