Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and execution of Axon's product strategy in the German market, covering Digital Evidence Management (DEMs) and Devices portfolios.
• Translate the realities of Germany's public safety ecosystem into actionable direction for global product and engineering teams.
• Partner with local Sales and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities, shape tenders, and drive product adoption.
• Represent regional needs within global product planning to ensure roadmaps reflect local constraints and impact.
• Drive tender success by engaging early in regional RFPs to shape requirements and guide proposal strategy.
• Travel across Germany and internationally as needed (approximately 35%).

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• Proven experience managing both software and hardware products.
• Familiarity with SaaS, Cloud, or IoT ecosystems.
• Fluency in both English and German.
• Ability to operate autonomously in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
