Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the SW/FW roadmap for Axiado’s Trusted Control/Compute Unit platform, including BMC/RMC management software, security stack, and AI/ML inference capabilities
• Drive requirements from concept through release by authoring PRDs and defining acceptance criteria
• Serve as the technical customer interface for hyperscalers, OEMs, ODMs, and CSPs
• Coordinate cross-functionally across firmware, hardware, software, QA, and marketing teams
• Define feature prioritization and make data-driven tradeoff decisions
• Support product launches and partner with marketing on technical content and messaging
• Mentor and eventually manage junior PMs as the organization scales

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in semiconductor, embedded systems, or systems software
• Deep domain knowledge of BMC/RMC and data center platform management firmware
• Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure firmware and software integration
• Strong technical foundation capable of participating in architecture discussions with engineers
• Proven experience leading technical requirement discussions with principal engineers and architects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for PRDs and executive presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with embedded or edge AI/ML inference on resource-constrained hardware
• Background in hardware security including root of trust, secure boot, or cryptography
• Familiarity with industry standards such as NIST 800-193, OCP Security, DMTF Redfish, SPDM, or PLDM
• Prior experience at a fabless semiconductor company
• Exposure to AI server or accelerator platforms
