Senior Product Manager (Autonomous Driving)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end autonomous driving (AD) system development from planning and development to verification and mass production
• Define development/integration scope between in-house AD stacks and external platforms, establishing milestones, MVPs, and roadmaps
• Manage ODD, AD functions, system requirements, interfaces, and safety requirements while aligning with related organizations
• Coordinate cross-functionally across Perception, Planning, Control, Localization, Vehicle Interface, verification, quality, and mass production teams
• Establish step-by-step verification plans including SIL/HIL/VIL, simulation, proving grounds, and public road tests
• Manage DCAS (Driver Control Assistance System) global type approval, including strategy, technical documentation, and stakeholder coordination
• Analyze global autonomous driving and ADAS regulations to reflect in product roadmaps and launch strategies
• Lead technical decision-making and gate reviews for management and key stakeholders

Requirements

• 10+ years of project/program management experience in Automotive, Mobility, Robotics, AI, or Software industries
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale cross-functional or highly complex technical development projects
• Experience in autonomous driving, SDV, vehicle software, or AI/ML-based system development projects
• Experience managing integration, dependencies, risks, and milestones in environments using both in-house SW and external solutions
• Understanding of software development processes, requirement management, interface management, and release management
• Ability to communicate in English for collaboration with global teams, technical partners, or vendors
• Experience in technical documentation and defining system/software requirements using Agile tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ADAS/AD mass production, vehicle integration, OTA, or data pipelines
• Understanding of AD stacks including Perception, Planning, Control, Localization, Mapping, Sensor Fusion, and Vehicle Interface
• Understanding of AD verification environments such as SIL/HIL/VIL, simulation, and scenario-based validation
• 3+ years of practical experience in system/software engineering or vehicle safety and certification
• Practical application experience with functional safety or autonomous driving standards (ISO 26262, ISO 21448, UN R171, etc.)
• Experience with global certification agency audits and obtaining Type Approval for vehicle systems/software
