Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Record-to-Report (R2R) systems, including General Ledger, close, and consolidation.
• Lead product initiatives across SAP S/4HANA and ECC modules (FI/CO) to modernize financial workflows.
• Drive the end-to-end R2R lifecycle, focusing on improving close cycle timelines, data accuracy, and audit readiness.
• Design and enhance group reporting frameworks to ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal controls.
• Partner with Finance leadership, Accounting, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Enable real-time financial reporting and improve data governance across finance systems.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Product Management or Finance Systems/ERP transformation roles.
• Strong domain expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO, ideally with S/4HANA.
• Deep understanding of financial close processes, consolidation, group reporting, and intercompany accounting.
• Proven experience working closely with Finance stakeholders such as Controllership, Accounting, and FP&A.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives within complex enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Group Reporting, BPC, or similar consolidation tools.
• Background in finance or accounting, such as a CA or MBA in Finance.
• Experience leading finance transformation or ERP modernization programs.
• Familiarity with automation tools, data platforms, or reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience working within SaaS or large-scale enterprise environments.
