Senior Product Manager, Audio/Video Solutions

Responsibilities

• Own assigned products from General Availability through End-of-Sale and End-of-Support
• Lead end-to-end product management for enterprise communication hardware and software, including firmware, OS, and cloud integrations
• Partner with engineering teams to prioritize and resolve field issues, defects, and customer escalations
• Evaluate and approve engineering change requests (ECRs) and assess their impact on certifications, compliance, and cost
• Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to drive cost reductions and manage component shortages
• Provide product health updates and roadmap continuity to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5-7 years of professional work experience
• Proven experience in hardware product management
• Experience in software product development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise communications, collaboration, or connected devices
• Familiarity with voice, video, networking, or real-time communications
• Experience working with cloud-connected products and platform ecosystems
• Experience with certification programs or enterprise compliance requirements
• MBA or advanced technical degree
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Certified Scrum Product Owner
