Senior Product Manager

AtoB is building Stripe for Transportation — modernizing the payments infrastructure for trucking and logistics. We aim to center our customers by offering world-class experiences and building products that work with the unique constraints of their daily lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep point of view on AtoB's competitive position and investment areas through direct customer and partner conversations.
• Own the strategy and roadmap for your area, including success metrics and sequencing.
• Lead a cross-functional pod of engineers, designers, BizOps, and partners from discovery through launch.
• Run user research with fleet managers and drivers, including in-the-field visits.
• Use GenAI tooling to prototype quickly and align the organization behind a shared vision.
• Partner with design to ship UX suitable for users with varying technical fluency across multiple devices.
• Use data to drive prioritization and measure product impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle from vision to GTM.
• Strong customer research instincts and comfort with in-person discovery.
• Hands-on experience using GenAI tools for prototyping and communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex, ambiguous launches.
• Proficiency with data tools like SQL to back up decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in transportation, trucking, logistics, fuel cards, or fleet payments.
• Experience at an early- or mid-stage startup.
• Experience building products for field-based or blue-collar end users.
