Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform integrations, aligning customer needs with business objectives and security outcomes
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, and Program Managers to translate strategic initiatives into executable engineering plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders across security operations, threat research, and customer success to prioritize initiatives and evaluate trade-offs
• Define and maintain prioritized product backlogs, facilitating backlog refinement, epic creation, and story development
• Translate product requirements into engineering artifacts and validate that technical designs support approved use cases
• Monitor product telemetry, adoption metrics, and usage trends to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation
• Drive agile execution to ensure the delivery of high-impact integration capabilities

Requirements

• Significant experience in Product Management within cybersecurity, security operations, or MDR environments
• Deep knowledge of security platform integrations and ecosystem technologies
• Strong understanding of SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and MDR platforms
• Experience managing complex product roadmaps that span multiple engineering teams
• Skilled in prioritization, trade-off analysis, and agile product delivery
• Proven ability to communicate product strategy and business value to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with threat detection, threat intelligence, or incident response teams
• Familiarity with cloud-native security platforms and large-scale distributed systems
• Proficiency with Jira, agile planning tools, and product analytics platforms
• Knowledge of detection engineering, security analytics, or cybersecurity workflows
• Experience supporting enterprise software integrations and partner ecosystems
