Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with company business objectives and growth goals.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining vision, requirements, and managing timelines.
• Collaborate with ML, data, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality AdTech solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure solutions remain relevant and competitive.
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to execute successful go-to-market strategies.
• Mentor and develop junior product managers to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record.
• Industry experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or AdTech.
• Strong understanding of the AdTech ecosystem, including programmatic advertising and real-time bidding.
• Expertise in data management, including Data Governance and Data Observability standards.
• Experience managing data-focused products with high reliability and security standards.
• Proficiency with Agile development methodologies and tools.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies.
• Based in Barcelona or ready to relocate to Barcelona.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the mobile industry.
