Senior Product Manager - Applied AI Learning

Responsibilities

• Own the Applied AI product portfolio and define capability sequencing
• Transform rich learning datasets into personalized learning journeys
• Act as the bridge between the Applied AI squad and the wider product organization
• Define measurable metrics for complex concepts like "learner progress"
• Partner with Data and Engineering teams to align on vision and execution
• Connect intelligence layer signals to other product areas like growth

Requirements

• Proven experience setting multi-quarter strategy for technical domains
• Experience building and owning large-scale Machine Learning products
• Deep machine learning fluency to debate model choices and evaluation strategies
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to perform independent analysis
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation rigor
• Ability to drive organizational alignment and influence stakeholders
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and research-oriented problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with unstructured data such as text, audio, or transcripts
• Experience building internal platforms or APIs
• Background in EdTech or learning science
• Experience with recommendation systems or personalization
