Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for automated capacity procurement to minimize transportation costs and improve delivery speed.
• Lead end-to-end product development (0-1) including requirements gathering, documentation, planning, and implementation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, technology, and planning teams to align strategic roadmaps with stakeholder needs.
• Design and implement feedback mechanisms and data-driven improvements to optimize the transportation network.
• Perform deep-dive root-cause analysis using data to create actionable, sustainable, and metrics-driven solutions.
• Monitor product metrics across nodes to mitigate risks to customer experience and technology utilization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience managing feature delivery and navigating product tradeoffs.
• Direct experience working as a product manager or product owner.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
• Experience working across diverse functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
