Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and manage the fees rate card for the IN marketplace
• Lead cross-functional teams including Machine Learning, Tech, Business, Marketing, and Finance
• Work with tech systems to productionalize the rate card
• Own mechanisms to audit progress and manage the product roadmap
• Report impact of initiatives at weekly and monthly cadences
• Influence executive decision-makers and represent the domain in leadership reviews

Requirements

• 6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
• Experience with feature delivery and product tradeoffs
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and with senior stakeholders
• 6+ years of experience in retail, ecommerce, or consumer goods
• 3+ years of experience managing business for P2P transactional platforms in Product Management, Finance, or Analytics roles
