Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the product vision and strategy for Alexa in Portugal, working backwards from local customer needs and market dynamics
• Own the end-to-end product roadmap, identifying opportunities and prioritizing features to improve customer experience
• Act as the Voice of the Customer by conducting research, usability studies, and market analysis to drive local relevance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, science, design, localization, and marketing teams to build alignment
• Define success metrics and use data-driven insights to make high-judgment decisions and optimize performance
• Navigate technical trade-offs and manage product launches to ensure long-term architectural integrity and customer delight

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing product development and product management, including launching and optimizing services
• Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience with product localization and building culturally relevant customer experiences
• Experience applying GenAI tools (e.g., coding assistants, AI agents) to accelerate delivery or improve quality
• Native-level (C2) fluency in written and verbal Portuguese, including deep cultural fluency (idiom, tone, and social context)

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree in Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, or Marketing
• Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading Spanish
• Experience with voice/AI products, conversational interfaces, or natural language technologies
