Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Curate and evaluate short-form content to assess, optimize, and train AI models
• Define and guide global stakeholders in implementing language and evaluation guidelines for Generative AI shopping experiences
• Uphold response quality by using customer feedback to drive improvements across team processes
• Analyze root causes and error patterns to propose solutions for evaluation and annotation tasks
• Create and design frameworks for prompt tuning and management to improve AI model fluency
• Guide the development of automation and internal tools by providing user requirements and feedback
• Partner with product, science, and engineering stakeholders to prioritize projects and launch new AI features internationally

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery
• Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese
• Experience managing technology products and product cycles of 6+ months

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and with senior stakeholders
