Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for introducing new speed delivery programs (Same Day, Sub Same Day, Amazon Now) for the Global Delivery Service Partner (DSP) organization.
• Define long-term product vision to meet DSP customer needs and global network demand for new delivery modes.
• Influence last mile operations by defining global best practices and driving organizational change.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on strategy and investment.
• Manage end-to-end product development from initial ideation through to global launch.
• Navigate complex operational, technical, and regulatory landscapes across 20+ international markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or finance.
• Proven experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience managing feature delivery and product tradeoffs.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA and/or an advanced degree in business or finance.
• Previous experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong strategic aptitude with the ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to communicate complex technical systems to non-technical business partners.
• Experience building new products from experimental stages.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects in an ever-changing environment.
