Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion of Alexa+ in Canada by defining product roadmaps and managing end-to-end customer experiences.
• Define user needs through direct customer engagement, user research, and analysis of customer support interactions.
• Develop creative, high-quality product roadmaps and communicate strategic vision through compelling written narratives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the Canadian market landscape across both English and French locales, including AI/ML trends.
• Translate strategic vision into actionable plans, writing detailed business requirements and user stories.
• Partner with UX designers, engineering, and program management to deliver products across Echo, FireTV, and other endpoints.
• Use data-driven frameworks and experimentation (A/B testing) to manage prioritization and validate product decisions.
• Mentor and develop junior product managers to elevate team capability and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience with end-to-end product delivery and owning technology products.
• Experience driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience managing feature delivery and complex product trade-offs.
• Ability to speak, write, and read fluently in French.

• Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
• Experience working across diverse functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Technical curiosity and familiarity with large language models, agentic AI, and conversational systems.
