Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision and strategy to align with company goals and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads including engineering, design, data science, operations, risk and compliance
• Gather and synthesize customer insights, market trends, and business requirements to inform product decisions
• Drive end-to-end product development from concept to launch to iteration
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize product features
• Mentor junior product managers and help foster a culture of product excellence

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product lifecycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in agile and fast-paced environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in a fintech company is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Economics)

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent experience
