About the Company

Altruist is transforming the multi-trillion dollar wealth management industry by building an AI platform for wealth professionals. Hazel, a part of Altruist, is building the AI engine for wealth management that unlocks 10x growth, efficiency and value for financial advisors and their clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the full PLG funnel across sign up, onboarding, activation, retention, sharing, monetization, and expansion
• Define activation science and design in-product experiences to drive users to value quickly
• Build viral and team-based growth loops and referral mechanics
• Drive monetization by partnering with product and finance on pricing, packaging, and paywalls
• Stand up the Hazel customer community to serve as a retention moat and feedback channel
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Design, and Engineering to craft magical user experiences

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management
• 3+ years owning growth at a consumer or PLG product company
• Proven track record of shipping experiments that move real metrics
• Rigorous analytical mind capable of decomposing business goals into testable problems
• High bias for execution and velocity
• Fluency with data, including SQL and tools like PostHog
• Excellent product taste and craft
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience growing B2C or prosumer products from early stages to scale
• Experience with PLG motions in regulated industries like fintech, health, or legal
• Experience building or scaling customer communities
• Background working with AI-native products
• Experience as a founder, founding PM, or first growth hire
