Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a new AI-driven 'Agentic Finance' platform from 0 to 1, automating complex financial tasks like payroll and bookkeeping
• Invent new products and user experiences, spanning strategy, solution design, roadmaps, and delivery plans
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to achieve product-market fit and scale
• Inform product strategy by deeply understanding the latest AI developments, target markets, and the competitive landscape

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in product management
• Proven experience building products from 0 to 1
• Demonstrated experience in novel fields such as AI, ML, or LLMs
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex strategy to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to structure complex problems and make data-driven decisions using first-principles thinking

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a startup founder or an early employee at a high-growth company
• Experience working in cross-cultural and cross-functional environments
