Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy, solution design, roadmap, and delivery plans for Kai, Airwallex's AI-powered concierge.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to build scalable AI features and agent workflows.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, legal, and finance teams to navigate regulatory complexities while delivering user-friendly AI products.
• Leverage customer feedback, production conversation data, and evaluation results to inform product prioritization.
• Manage technical tradeoffs between long-term AI vision and near-term growth, including model quality, accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Lead the expansion of Kai into new verticals and agentic use cases from concept to launch.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field.
• Proven track record working with advanced technologies such as AI, ML, or LLMs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Data-driven decision-making skills with a focus on first-principles thinking.
• Ability to thrive in cross-functional, fast-paced, and cross-cultural environments.
