About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute the roadmap for AI Voice, translating customer needs and business priorities into a clear delivery plan
- Monitor AI accuracy, resolution rates, and system performance to surface actionable improvements
- Engage directly with hotel clients and internal stakeholders to turn operational pain points into product requirements
- Collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, and Infrastructure teams to prioritize platform investments regarding reliability, latency, and scale
- Track key performance indicators including resolution rate, accuracy, latency, and containment
- Work cross-functionally with sales and customer success to align teams during new capability rollouts
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, specifically shipping AI, conversational AI, or complex SaaS products
- Technical fluency in conversational AI technologies, including LLMs, NLP, and dialog management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect product metrics to business outcomes
- Proven experience working directly with customers to incorporate feedback into product development
- Ability to lead and align cross-functional teams without direct authority
