Senior Product Manager, AI Strategy

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end AI product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing investments based on customer value, technical feasibility, and strategic differentiation.
• Lead product discovery to validate high-value customer problems and identify opportunities for AI to improve decision-making and productivity.
• Translate ambiguous opportunities into clear product requirements, PRDs, and MVP definitions.
• Define AI evaluation and success criteria to ensure products are ready for customer validation and scale.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Design to navigate implementation tradeoffs, model behavior, and system constraints.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Go-to-Market teams to shape positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, including autonomous agents, agent orchestration, and enterprise AI governance.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of professional experience, including at least 6+ years in Product Management.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, or data-driven products.
• Demonstrated success in 0-to-1 product development, from discovery and validation to launch.
• Strong familiarity with emerging AI concepts such as autonomous agents, MCPs, and agent orchestration.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product development tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and cross-functional communication skills.
