Senior Product Manager - AI Scheduling

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Scheduling roadmap, prioritizing platform reliability, new capabilities, and AI-powered features.
• Drive the evolution of the mobile calendar from general availability to a high-performance, intelligent experience.
• Define and ship AI-native scheduling experiences, including intelligent availability and agentic rebooking flows.
• Translate complex business requirements from appointment-based providers into scalable product logic.
• Build continuous improvement loops using booking volume, calendar utilization, and AI engagement metrics.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to bring infrastructure-heavy features to market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally at a high-growth technology company.
• Proven track record of shipping AI-powered features or redesigning workflows around AI tooling.
• Experience managing platform, infrastructure, or complex domain model products.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to drive prioritization through data.
• Technical fluency to navigate complex architecture conversations and platform constraints.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, commuting to our NYC headquarters 3-4 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling, calendar, marketplace, or workflow-automation products.
• Experience managing products that directly impact GMV and provider retention.
