Senior Product Manager, AI Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Receptionist standalone mobile and desktop application.
• Define the solopreneur user journey from initial download through activation, daily use, and retention.
• Manage app store go-to-market strategy, including pricing tiers, subscription billing, and optimization for App Store and Google Play.
• Drive conversion optimization across the freemium-to-paid funnel using data and experimentation.
• Define and track key mobile metrics such as DAU/MAU, activation rates, retention curves, and churn.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and AI teams to ship high-quality, consumer-grade experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, HCI, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of experience owning consumer or prosumer mobile applications (iOS and/or Android).
• Proven experience with App Store and Google Play distribution, including in-app purchases and subscription models.
• Strong consumer UX instincts and the ability to translate them into product requirements.
• Data-driven decision-making skills with experience running A/B experiments and tracking KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI-powered products or conversational assistants.
• Experience in SMB or solopreneur markets.
• Experience managing freemium-to-paid conversion at scale.
