Senior Product Manager - AI Native

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end diagnostic workflows, including order intake, insurance eligibility, device fulfillment, billing, and denial management
• Define and maintain the platform roadmap with clear prioritization and tradeoff logic
• Drive automation to reduce cost per study, cycle time, and manual touches across the platform
• Partner closely with engineering to ship reliable, scalable solutions in an AI-native development environment
• Identify opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve platform operations and execution
• Work cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and compliance stakeholders to manage complex dependencies

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of product management experience
• Proven track record of owning and shipping products in close collaboration with engineering teams
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, whether through professional work or personal exploration
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments with competing priorities
• Comfort working with ambiguity and navigating complex cross-team dependencies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within healthcare, diagnostics, or other highly regulated environments
