Senior Product Manager, AI Enablement

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured discovery across business teams to map pain points, manual workflows, and AI opportunity areas.
• Establish the core PM operating model, including intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and delivery cadence.
• Build and configure AI solutions hands-on, including copilots, chat assistants, and workflow automations.
• Use tools such as Claude, OpenAI APIs, n8n, Make, Zapier, and LangChain to ship working solutions fast.
• Define baseline metrics for adoption and impact, iterating based on data and user feedback.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Security, Legal, and Compliance to ensure solutions meet regulated industry standards.
• Create documentation, prompt libraries, and training resources to help business teams adopt AI tools independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of product management or comparable technical product experience with a track record of personally shipping software or automation.
• Proficiency with AI workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Direct experience building with LLM tooling including Claude, OpenAI APIs, Vertex AI, or LangChain.
• Working understanding of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), evaluations, and agentic workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge business needs and technical implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital assets, financial services, or media.
• Background in business process redesign, operational excellence, or internal tooling.
• Experience building a new function, product line, or team from scratch.
• Familiarity with Claude Skills, MCP servers, or similar agentic patterns.
