Senior Product Manager, AI

Responsibilities

• Own product direction for the Brex Assistant, including strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day shipping decisions
• Define agent capabilities that translate complex expense and spend workflows into reliable agent behaviors
• Design evaluations, prompting approaches, and feedback loops to ensure agent dependability
• Prototype, measure, and iterate quickly based on real usage and transcripts
• Set and defend a high quality bar for an agent operating in a trust-critical financial context

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant product management experience
• Proven track record of owning complex, user-facing products end to end
• Experience shipping LLM or agent-based features to real users
• Hands-on depth in prompting, eval design, and measurement
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work closely with engineering and design
• Strong product taste and judgment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building conversational, chat-native, or SMS-based products
• Familiarity with fintech, expense management, or spend workflows
