Senior Product Manager (AI Agents)

Responsibilities

• Architect and steward the product strategy for Traba’s AI agent platform
• Design agent systems that reason through workflows, orchestrate tools, and execute meaningful work autonomously
• Solve complex customer problems by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and evolving AI capabilities
• Write detailed product requirements and partner deeply with product engineers and ML teams
• Rapidly validate and prototype ideas alongside customers and design partners
• Define product behavior, evaluation systems, and quality frameworks to improve reliability and performance
• Use data to uncover patterns and answer key product and system questions

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Proven 0-to-1 product development track record with evidence of launching products from scratch
• Experience launching customer-facing AI agent systems that take meaningful actions on behalf of users
• Strong technical depth with the ability to work deeply with ML and engineering teams
• Ability to read evaluations, reason through system performance, and prototype ideas
• Experience operating in highly ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with forward-deployed or customer-embedded product development models
• Deep familiarity with modern AI tools and hands-on experience building with LLM systems
• Ability to visualize and communicate complex system behaviors and business impacts
