Senior Product Manager, AI Agents

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-performance AI agents from concept to launch
• Partner with engineering, design, and customers to build production-grade AI systems
• Engage deeply with customers to understand workflows, requirements, and bottlenecks
• Design and present demos that showcase AI capabilities
• Influence the product roadmap by defining requirements and prioritizing features
• Work directly with the CEO on a small, rapidly growing product team

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing and shipping technical products
• Previous experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role
• Ability to craft compelling narratives for technical and executive audiences
• Familiarity with modern AI technologies and real-world applications
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or deploying AI agents or LLM-powered systems
• Ability to write or read code, specifically Python and TypeScript
• Ability to prototype and build demos using AI coding tools
• MBA or comparable business experience
• Background in customer-facing or consulting-style roles
