Senior Product Manager, AI Agent Products

Responsibilities

• Lead product planning, requirement analysis, and solution design for an enterprise-grade AI Native engineering platform.
• Design AI Agent capabilities for engineering scenarios, including requirement analysis, coding collaboration, and test generation.
• Drive the integration of AI capabilities with code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment environments.
• Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end engineering lifecycle to translate complex workflows into structured product solutions.
• Establish mechanisms for product effectiveness evaluation and user feedback to support scaling from pilot to broad adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in ToB products, platform products, or intelligent product solutions.
• Strong engineering background (software development, architecture, or technical product roles).
• Deep understanding of DevOps, engineering productivity, and software delivery processes.
• Proven experience in AI Agent product design, including task execution and workflow orchestration.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Copilot.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RAG, knowledge graphs, or intelligent workflows.
• Proven track record of building engineering or DevOps platforms from 0 to 1.
• Experience transitioning from an engineering role to a product management role.
