Senior Product Manager - Agent Blueprints

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of packaged AI skills that turn product expertise into plug-and-play capabilities for enterprise AI agents.
• Own the creation of a skills management layer to help enterprises track version history, ownership, and agent usage.
• Define delivery architecture and evaluate tradeoffs regarding data residency, compliance, and hosted endpoints.
• Validate and refine the business model, specifically testing usage-based pricing and packaging structures.
• Collaborate with the policy engine team to provide clear requirements for agent governance and restrictions.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of taking products from 0 to 1.
• Experience owning the full business case and commercial strategy, not just the product roadmap.
• Experience with usage-based or hosted SaaS pricing models.
• Ability to define new delivery architectures and navigate associated compliance tradeoffs.
• Demonstrated ability to scope ruthlessly, focusing on shipping the smallest version that proves market demand.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketplace, ecosystem, or platform business models (e.g., Atlassian Marketplace).
• Familiarity with AI agent standards, plugin formats, or autonomous workflows.
• Exposure to the Atlassian ecosystem or similar enterprise software environments.
