Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Recommend new processes, workarounds, and flow changes to ensure constant improvement and evolution of the Consumer experience.
• Research and prioritize user requirements, strategic and business requirements, and functional requirements.
• Engage closely with engineering and architecture teams in Agile methodology to help determine the best technical implementation/design while balancing time-to-market needs.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams to ensure the products we deliver are within regulatory boundaries.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience driving a mobile app from scratch to launch with a Product Based company.
• Proficiency in using A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making.
• Strong depth and breadth knowledge in optimization, prototyping, and stellar design instincts.
• Understanding of business needs and end-to-end customer experiences when building payment solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good understanding of technology especially in fintech, wallets, payments, loans, and SaaS.
