About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the audience product surface end to end, including segment creation, curation, lifecycle, and activation
  • Set the strategy for how Roku audiences are made available to advertisers and partners
  • Shape Roku's modeled audience strategy using unique signals for propensity and lookalike models
  • Expand audience portability into major external activation platforms
  • Land new targeting signals such as behavioral, attention, and contextual signals
  • Drive product investments to make targeting faster, more reliable, and more self-serve
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure targeting products consume correct inputs and produce correct outputs
  • Define and track success metrics including coverage, latency, and signal adoption

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in ad tech or audience products
  • Track record of shipping audience or targeting products at scale
  • Technical fluency with audience taxonomies, segment lifecycles, and propensity modeling
  • Experience working across the advertising ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, DMPs/CDPs)
  • Highly analytical with the ability to quantify signal and segment value
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution in ambiguous environments
  • Platform thinking and ability to design for extensibility
  • AI fluency and experience with ML/automation in product offerings
