About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the audience product surface end-to-end, including segment creation, curation, lifecycle, and activation across owned and external buying surfaces.
- Set the strategy for how Roku audiences are made available to advertisers and partners, driving product investments to ensure scalability.
- Shape Roku's modeled audience strategy by integrating unique signals into propensity and lookalike models.
- Expand audience portability by driving Roku audience reach into major external activation platforms and prioritizing new integrations.
- Define and land new targeting signals, including behavioral, attention, and contextual signals.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, data science, sales, and privacy/legal teams to ensure targeting products are reliable and self-serve.
- Define and track success metrics for targeting, such as coverage, latency, signal adoption, and revenue lift.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in ad tech, audience products, or ad data platforms.
- Proven track record of shipping audience or targeting products at scale with measurable impact.
- Strong technical fluency in audience taxonomies, segment lifecycles, lookalike/propensity modeling, and identity signals.
- Experience working within the advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, or DMPs/CDPs.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to quantify signal value and make principled trade-offs regarding privacy, cost, and accuracy.
- AI/ML fluency and experience using modern AI tools to accelerate product work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at a major social platform or a CTV publisher/streamer.
- Experience with clean room partners and advanced measurement technologies.
- Ability to design for extensibility and platform-level standardization.
