Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead zero-to-one product efforts for the AI Platform team, building and scaling new products using agentic workflows and LLMs.
• Shape the future of AI at Addepar by turning high-level strategy into actionable roadmaps and execution.
• Own the product roadmap for flagship AI products, driving them from design and development to launch and scale.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to execute in a highly iterative, fast-moving environment.
• Work across domain contexts to build a scalable AI platform that enables rapid solution development across the company.
• Mentor other product managers and establish product management discipline and rituals within the organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within Fintech, SaaS, or AI product development.
• Proven experience building both zero-to-one products and scaling commercial products.
• Strong familiarity with core AI/LLM concepts, including prompting, reinforcement learning, retrieval, agents, tool use, and evaluations.
• Experience with agentic workflows and a hands-on approach to leveraging the latest AI tools.
• Disciplined product operator experienced in agile/lean delivery, PRD writing, and driving execution through cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs, validate assumptions, and prioritize based on impact.
• Exceptional communication skills to build alignment across Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
