About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Clinical leadership to craft the Lingo product vision and strategy.
- Translate product vision into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Define and own end-to-end delivery strategies, including product features, roadmaps, and OKRs.
- Conduct customer research to identify product gaps, improve user experience, and drive growth.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from inception through launch and sunsetting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, marketing, and regulatory teams to realize the product vision.
- Prioritize activities based on customer impact and business value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of product management experience at a consumer tech company.
- 2 years of experience taking products or features from conception to launch.
- 2 years of experience working in fast-paced, agile, cross-functional environments.
- Experience launching mobile applications within highly regulated environments.
- Proven ability to use customer research and data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Engineering, MBA, or another advanced degree.
- Deep experience scaling consumer-facing mobile applications (iOS/Android) and understanding mobile UX patterns.
- Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma and a strong eye for mobile UI/UX.
- Experience optimizing mobile metrics such as activation, engagement, and retention.
- Familiarity with mobile development constraints and app store release processes.
