Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and provide mentorship to ensure successful feature delivery.
• Build and manage product roadmaps, aligning them with strategic business goals and stakeholder priorities.
• Act as the voice of the customer by identifying pain points and advocating for user-centric solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and commercial teams to define requirements.
• Use data and metrics to drive decision-making, develop business cases, and measure product success.
• Write detailed business requirements and user stories for clear communication with development teams.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Participate in technical discussions regarding system integrations, APIs, and databases.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management (Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst).
• Experience managing medium-to-large projects with tight timelines.
• Strong familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Technical understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
