Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead vehicle software-based projects by designing project structures based on understanding of Embedded OS, Android Automotive, Middleware, and Vehicle APIs
• Manage interface consistency between Vehicle API, Service Layer, and Application Layer
• Manage integrated schedules including OS-level issues such as OTA, security, power status, and network
• Identify and mitigate technical risks in MCU–AP–Cloud interconnected structures
• Manage technical debt and ensure release stability
• Drive execution and technical mediation across cross-functional organizations using Agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence)
• Lead gate reviews and support technical decision-making for management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM fields
• 5 to 10 years of experience as a Software Product or Project Manager in the automotive or IT industry
• Experience in at least one of the following: Embedded OS (FreeRTOS, RTOS, etc.), Android Automotive, Vehicle Middleware/API design, or ECU–AP integrated development
• Experience leading projects based on an understanding of software architecture
• Experience in risk management and schedule coordination within system integration environments
• Strong communication skills to structure and explain complex technical issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product structure design or platformization
• Experience in OTA architecture design or release management
• Experience improving CI/CD and integrated build processes
• Experience using AI-based development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Experience in autonomous driving or ADAS controller development
• Proficiency in English communication
