About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as product manager for an agile development team, defining vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritized backlog
- Translate business requirements from Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Sales Operations into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Own end-to-end capability definition for revenue lifecycle management, specifically focusing on Revenue Cloud and CPQ workflows
- Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, and QA to deliver incremental value in a sprint cadence
- Develop enablement strategies, including training materials and playbooks, to drive user adoption
- Define and measure success using business metrics such as quote turnaround time, CPQ usage, and forecast accuracy
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate cross-functional pilots to validate functionality
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management, product owner, or equivalent experience building enterprise SaaS solutions
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce solutions, including configuration, integrations, or project delivery
- Demonstrable familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ concepts and functionality
- 3+ years of experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
- Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and managing releases
- Experience developing and deploying quality metrics to drive business results
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist, or Revenue Cloud)
- Experience with enterprise CPQ implementations, pricing rules, and complex quote-to-cash workflows
- Experience in sales technology, revenue operations, or CRM programs
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or large B2B sales organizations
