Senior Product Line Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product creation for Nike's Global Football Apparel, translating athlete and cultural insights into high-performance Off Pitch assortments.
• Own product creation gates and calendars, managing tradeoffs to ensure teams remain aligned and on schedule within a global cadence.
• Develop clear briefs, line architectures, and storytelling that authentically connect with football culture and consumers.
• Balance pinnacle product moments with scalable business needs, ensuring excellence in performance, margin, and brand identity.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making across design, merchandising, planning, sourcing, and finance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 3+ years of experience in relevant product-related roles.
• Strong product management and merchandising skills with a deep understanding of the product creation process.
• Analytical aptitude and proficiency in retail math, including revenue, margin, and FOB fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Keynote, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to motivate, negotiate, and influence cross-functional partners.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for or deep interest in Global Football (Soccer).
• Strong global awareness and experience navigating international cultural differences.
• Deep knowledge of the athlete, marketplace, and consumer landscape.
