Senior Product Leader, Elevate Platform

Responsibilities

• Drive the long-term strategy and vision for the Elevate platform, overseeing the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Develop and execute three-to-five-year product roadmaps in partnership with business stakeholders and technology leads.
• Provide strategic oversight for diverse product teams, including compliance, risk, portfolio analytics, sustainability solutions, and data solutions.
• Manage the overall performance and profitability of the product area, establishing key financial and market metrics.
• Act as the primary product contact for sales teams, communicating value propositions and supporting RFI/RFP responses.
• Lead and coach high-performing teams, managing multiple units through the direct management of managers.
• Represent the organization through product thought leadership at industry events and client engagements.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent proven work experience.
• Relevant industry qualification (e.g., ACCA).
• 15+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading complex product portfolios and managing large-scale teams.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex topics to executive leadership.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in program or project management, including planning, analysis, design, and governance.
