About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of all vehicle subsystems within CATIA V6, ensuring spatial compliance and interface integrity
- Manage product structure, lifecycle states, and engineering changes within ENOVIA
- Perform rigorous DMU reviews to identify packaging conflicts and physical interferences
- Define and manage Interface Control Documents (ICDs) between hardware modules
- Track and report on vehicle mass properties, center of gravity, and weight distribution
- Act as technical liaison between Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams
- Manage the 150% Master Product Structure and vehicle variants within ENOVIA
- Implement and oversee Evolution and Variant effectivity for specific VIN configurations
- Collaborate with Product Management to translate requirements into technical Option Codes
- Validate CAD assemblies for all build combinations to ensure no physical interference
- Manage the relationship between the Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM) and manufacturing configurations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline
- 3–6+ years in automotive product integration, packaging, or systems engineering
- Advanced proficiency in CATIA V6 / 3DEXPERIENCE and Large Assembly Management
- Deep understanding of ENOVIA PLM architecture and BOM management
- Proven experience in automotive packaging and occupant packaging
- Strong grasp of GD&T for component fitment validation
