Senior Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and testing of new products, iterating with EE, mechanical, and software engineers
• Perform component selection, schematic capture, and PCB design for electrical systems based on FPGA SoC
• Define PCB stack up, materials, and design rules for performance and manufacturing
• Conduct hardware bring-up, testing, and root cause analysis using lab equipment
• Coordinate resources and resolve technical challenges throughout the product development lifecycle
• Plan and conduct product integration, system testing, and validation including thermal and mechanical checks
• Ensure designs meet MIL-STD environmental, EMI, and human factors specifications
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field
• At least 6 years of experience in mixed signal circuit design involving audio, SoCs, and Xilinx FPGAs
• Experience with complex mixed signal PCB design and HDI routing
• Experience implementing digital communication peripherals like USB 3.0, 10Gb Ethernet, and RS232
• Proficiency with test equipment including DMM, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, and spectrum analyzer
• Knowledge of product design principles, prototyping, and design verification
• Familiarity with MIL-STD requirements and compliance testing
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience with Altium Designer, Python, or C
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
