Senior Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute industry and market research activities for medium voltage component products
• Analyze technical and market performance of company products versus competitors to adjust product strategies and market positioning
• Participate in defining product development goals, business policies, and market positioning
• Track and analyze market performance to propose timely policy adjustments
• Identify and document product/function development requirements based on market research and existing product performance
• Support product development projects, focusing on market requirement implementation and customer value assessment
• Develop product promotion plans and support sales activities, including technical clarifications and customer consultations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in product technology or market roles within the electrical industry
• Familiarity with switchgear industry products and relevant electrical standards
• Proficient English skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Proficiency in office software
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-departmental coordination skills
