Senior Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support product engineering activities across NPI and production phases
• Participate in product bring‑up, characterization, and silicon readiness activities
• Contribute to product specifications, limits, and guard‑bands
• Lead yield analysis, parametric trend monitoring, and root‑cause investigations
• Drive cost, yield, and cycle‑time improvement initiatives through data analysis
• Support manufacturing release, product change management (PCNs), and qualification activities
• Act as a technical point of contact for production issues or customer returns
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering on failure analysis and corrective actions
• Support customer engagements for technical topics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer engineering or related field
• 3+ years of semiconductor product engineering experience
• Working knowledge of semiconductor-based power products (digital power controllers, power stages)
• Strong data analysis skills using JMP, Python, or MATLAB
• Experience with new product development processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
