Senior Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Sustain multiple product lifecycles, production, and compliance for high-volume power IC products.
• Drive COGS improvement and process optimization, focusing on yield, volume, test time, and failure reduction.
• Manage and mitigate risks in the Process Change Review Board (PCRB) to support product qualifications and process migrations.
• Oversee the disposition of abnormal lots, low-yielding lots, and various production issues.
• Interface cross-functionally with Operations, QA, Reliability, Factories, and OSATs.
• Monitor and resolve manufacturing and test issues by working closely with fab, assembly, and test sites.
• Analyze product performance, failure modes, and reliability to support customer returns (RMA/FA).

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Engineering.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis; familiarity with JMP or PDF Exenso is a plus.
• Familiarity with Integrated Circuit (IC) semiconductor processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work onsite.
• Strong sense of cost, ROI, and efficiency in product management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Product Testing.
• Experience with IC modules such as Drivers or Power Stages.
• Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) Product Engineering.
