Responsibilities
- Design and build products from ideation to reality, including voice agents and multi-channel products (SMS, web, etc.)
- Engineer systems that reason under strong latency constraints and adapt to high-stakes healthcare conversations
- Take ownership of the full product lifecycle, from quick MVPs to production-grade software
- Sketch UI in Figma and engage with customers to understand their pain points
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building products end-to-end
- Proficiency with FastAPI (Python) and PostgreSQL backend
- Proficiency with React (TypeScript) frontend
- Experience managing large scale distributed systems with asynchronous workload orchestration
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics or related field
- Founder mindset with a high degree of ownership
