Responsibilities
- Shape product direction and engineering approaches across the stack
- Architect and ship customer-facing functionality from 0-to-1 in collaboration with design and engineering
- Solve complex technical challenges such as virtualized rendering and content management systems
- Drive user experience by moving from working code to a great product
- Improve application performance through profiling and scalable solutions
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience
- Deep Senior/Staff level expertise in either Frontend (React, Next.js, TypeScript) or Backend (Systems design, API architecture, database optimization)
- Strong product intuition and desire to work on user-facing products
- High adaptability and willingness to work across the stack
- High agency and ownership mindset
