Senior Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Engineers focused on Ceramic-based RF component and module New Product Introductions (NPI).
• Own the productization process from concept through stable high-volume production, emphasizing manufacturability, yield, and reliability.
• Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Assembly (DFA), Test (DFT), and Reliability (DFR) best practices.
• Partner with R&D to transition new designs into repeatable manufacturing processes and establish process control plans.
• Lead yield improvement, scrap reduction, and root cause analysis using SPC, DOE, and 8D methodologies.
• Define and execute electrical, mechanical, and environmental qualification plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage key manufacturing KPIs, including first-pass yield, scrap rate, and cost of poor quality (COPQ).

Requirements

• BSc.EE or MSc.EE with completed coursework in Microwave Theory.
• 8+ years of experience in RF/microwave product engineering, manufacturing engineering, or NPI roles.
• Extensive expertise in RF component and module testing, characterization, and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing process control, including SPC, DOE, and Root Cause analysis.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience mentoring or leading engineering teams.
• Experience with RF/EM simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, or CST.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools like JMP, Minitab, or Matlab.
• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, satellite, or automotive-qualified RF products.
